As part of the technical fit-out, a total of 426 axes were implemented across all three venues. This includes 138 winches, 90 chain hoists, 20 point hoists and 14 stage lifts. All systems are operated via the powerful C⋅A⋅T V5 control system, providing precise and flexible motion control tailored to the complex requirements of modern stage productions.

The Opera House houses a concert hall, a drama theater and as the name suggests - an opera house.
Waagner-Biro Stage Systems has been commissioned with the entire stage technology in all 3 venues.The opera is equipped with 10 point hoists, 64 chain hoists, 72 roller banners and 74 winches in the upper machinery, as well as 5 orchestra podiums, 10 chair cars and 2 seating towers in the lower machinery.
In the concert hall there are 12 chain hoists, 48 roller banners, 6 acoustic reflectors as well as 2 orchestra podiums, 5 chair carriages and 6 stage podiums (chorpodia in a semicircle).
In the Drama Theater there are also point hoists (10 pieces), chain hoists (14 pieces) and winches (51 pieces) and 1 podium in the orchestra area.
