The large hall features 52 fly bar hoists and several line shaft hoists for elements such as the main curtain, concert shell and orchestra lift. The small hall is equipped with 31 fly bars, line shaft hoists and systems for gantry and shell lifting. A total of 88 fly bars, 24 point hoists and 26 line shaft hoists are operated via the centralised C⋅A⋅T V4 control system.

After five years of construction, the complex was completed in spring 2012 with the opening of the main auditorium.
Waagner-Biro Stage Systems was responsible for the design, delivery and installation of the complete upper stage machinery for both halls – completed within the record time of only six months. The large hall, with around 1,500 seats and a stage area of 490 m², is equipped with 52 fly bar hoists and several line shaft hoists for various scenic elements including the main curtain, concert shell, orchestra lift and stage opening.
The small hall, offering space for up to 500 spectators, features 31 fly bars, 2 line shaft hoists and additional systems for the concert shell and gantry opening. Both halls are also equipped with high-speed and standard point hoists.
The installation is operated via the C⋅A⋅T V4 control system, managing a total of 88 fly bars, 24 point hoists and 26 line shaft hoists.
